Abstract

This work purposes to investigate the nonlinear dynamics of a Micro Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) system, considering the dynamic behaviour and control of a system in fractional-order. In addition, the SDRE control was proposed to control chaotic orbit in fractional-order.
