International Conference on Engineering Vibration

Sofia, Bulgaria, 4-7 September 2017

Welcome

As the Organisers of the International Conference of Engineering Vibration, ICoEV 2017, we would like to extend our warm welcome and invitation to participate in this event. The conference will be organised by the Institute of Information and Communication Technology and by the Institute of Mechanics at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and will held between 4 and 7 September 2017 in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria. The conference venue will be Hilton Hotel, www.sofia.hilton.com,  conveniently located within a walking distance to a range of hotels and the city centre.

This conference as the previous very successful event in this series held in Ljubljana aims to exchange the knowledge and stimulate development in the world engineering vibration community. The topics of the conference include Structural Dynamics ,  Wave Propagation, Fluid-Structure Interactions ,  Dynamics of Rotating Systems,  Structural Health Monitoring ,  Vibration Control and Isolation, Experimental Techniques, Energy harvesting and other vibration themes. In addition, we will have a dozen of mini symposia focused on the specific problems in engineering vibration.

We will be delighted to receive your contribution to the conference. We plan a harmonious mixture of plenary, keynote, contributed and poster presentations. Selected papers will be invited to special issues of top peer review journals, which will be published after the conference.

We look forward to hear from you and welcome you to Sofia!
